• Worked with a bank in order to develop loan covenants my client could live with, while allowing the bank to feel its interests were also protected.
• Developed cash flow models for a manufacturing company, in order to better communicate its cash needs, which resulted in the extension of credit from its bank.

• Successful bank negotiations for a Greenhouse to finance an expansion, utilizing the full value of it’s existing collateral.
