Bob Lynch has been involved in finance for over 30 years. Starting in the management of commercial property, he was instrumental in creating a new company to service other properties. He also had the opportunity to organize and develop a not-for profit.

Bob was asked to become the controller of a manufacturing company desperately in need of a turn around. As the company’s financial picture improved, Bob worked with senior management to overhaul the company's operations improving its effectiveness.

In 1996, Bob opened an independent financial planning practice, obtaining a license as a CFP. It was here that he developed many of the exit and succession strategies that he uses today with his clients.

Upon the request of the CEO of a large not for profit, Bob left his practice and took on the role of Business Operations Director. During his time there the organizations revenue grew by over 500%. Bob was also intricately involved in the development of one of the most successful capital campaigns in Ohio.

In 2005, Bob entered the world of out-sourced financial services, gaining experience as an out-sourced CFO. This provided opportunity to lay the groundwork for opening Strategic Financial Leadership.
